Success Saga – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I, Nikita Ermachkov, an individual developer based in Portugal, process personal data when you use the mobile game Success Saga (“the Game”).

By using the Game, you agree to the terms described below.

This Policy applies to all processing of personal data related to the use of Success Saga. It does not apply to:

• third-party applications, websites, or services not controlled by me;
• third-party SDKs used inside the Game that process data under their own privacy policies.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Game.

3. What Data Is Collected

The Game does not collect personal data directly from you through forms, accounts, or registrations. However, third-party analytics, advertising, and attribution SDKs integrated into the Game may automatically collect certain information when you use the Game.

3.1 Device and technical data

• Device model and operating system version
• Country and language (based on device settings)
• App version
• Time zone
• Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID)

3.2 Gameplay and activity data

• In-game events and interactions
• Session length and frequency of use
• Level progression and gameplay performance
• Crash logs and diagnostic information

3.3 Advertising data

• Information about ads displayed in the Game
• Ad impressions and clicks
• Attribution events (e.g. which campaign led to installation)

3.4 Purchase data

• Information about in-app purchases (e.g. product ID, purchase time)
• Transaction identifiers provided by the app store

All payments are handled by the app stores (e.g. Google Play, App Store, App Gallery). I do not collect or store your bank card numbers or other sensitive payment details.

I do not collect or store:

• your name, surname, or postal address;
• your email address or password (no registration is required in the Game);
• bank card numbers or full payment details.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

Your data is processed only for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

5.1 Google Ireland Ltd.

Used for services such as:

• Firebase Analytics (analytics of usage and events)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
• Firebase Remote Config (remote configuration of some game parameters)
• Google AdMob (advertising inside the Game)

5.2 DevToDev

Used for:

• user behavior and product analytics;
• events and retention analysis.

5.3 AppMetrica

Used for:

• attribution and analytics of user acquisition;
• technical and usage statistics.

5.4 CAS.ai

Used for:

• ad mediation and monetization;
• serving in-game advertisements.

These providers may collect and process your data according to their own policies, which you can find on their official websites. I do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

6. Data Storage

I do not store personal data on my own servers. All data is stored by the third-party providers listed above on their infrastructure.

Retention periods are defined by each provider in their respective privacy policies. In general, data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes of analytics, advertising, security, and fulfillment of contractual obligations, or until it is deleted in accordance with your request or their internal rules.

7. Children’s Data

The Game is not intended for children under the age of majority according to the laws of their country. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided data via the Game, please contact me at nermachkov@gmail.com. I will take reasonable steps to request deletion of such data from all relevant providers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the applicable data protection law (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the following rights:
